5. No AI Training: Your Data Remains Yours
Uploaded data is never used to train AI/ML models. Compliance with EU AI Act (2024) and OECD AI Principles.
6. User Obligations: Your Responsibilities
Users must be 18+, authorized, and ensure uploaded data is lawful and accurate. Misuse is prohibited. Compliance with export controls (US EAR/ITAR, EU Dual-Use, UN sanctions) and IP laws (WIPO, TRIPS).
7. License and Intellectual Property: Protecting Our Assets

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Legi Check is not a law firm. Services provide compliance guidance, not legal advice. Liability limited to maximum extent permitted by law, subject to EU, UK, AU, CA consumer protections.
9. Subscription and Billing Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically. No refunds for partial usage. Cancellation is allowed anytime. Compliant with EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, SA Consumer Protection Act.
10. Termination and Account Closure
Accounts may be terminated for breach or legal obligation. Data retained 30 days then deleted unless legally required. Retention consistent with GDPR, POPIA, LGPD, PIPEDA.
